This patient is a 25-year-old woman from Cottage Grove, Minnesota who was interested in a breast lift and augmentation. She had a size 275-cc implant placed in the submuscular position. She went from wearing a 34B to a 34D bra postoperatively. She is very happy with her new fuller figure.

Breast Lift Patient 3
Kim is a 50-year-old female from Coon Rapids, Minnesota who was interested in breast lift. Prior to her surgery, she was wearing a 40DD bra. She did say that she was interested in having her breast made a little bit smaller at the time of her lift. At the time of her surgery, she did have approximately 387 g resected from the right and 246 g resected from the left. This gave her a much more pleasing breast contour and size for the patient. She was very happy postoperatively with her result. She went from a DD down to a D and depending on the bra manufacturer sometimes a C cup bra. She is very happy in clothing and out of clothing and in a swimsuit.

Breast Lift Patient 2
This patient is 57 years old and is bothered by the droopy appearance of her breasts. She feels happy with her appearance in a bra but feels very self-conscious when she takes off her bra and is also self-conscious about the size of her areola. The patient underwent breast lift using the standard Wise pattern. The incisions ended up around her areola, underneath the breast, and a small vertical incision. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She notes that she is able to wear a bra without constantly falling out of it. She was happy with her size prior to the surgery and is happy with her size now and her ability to fit into a bra without fear of falling out of it due to excess skin.

Breast Lift Patient 1
This is a 69-year-old woman from Eden Prairie, Minnesota who was interested in a breast reduction and also an abdominoplasty. She had a long history of back, neck, and shoulder pain. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She wears a size 38DD bra. Her interest was in a breast reduction to approximately a C cup and then an abdominoplasty. The patient underwent a breast reduction and abdominoplasty. At the time of her breast reduction, she had 542 g removed from the right breast and 549 g removed from the left breast. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the size of her new breasts. She had significant reduction in back, neck, and shoulder pain and she was able to wear a 38C bra postoperatively down from a 38DD.

Breast Augmentation Patient 43
This is a 33-year-old female from Pine Mountain, Minnesota. She was interested in breast augmentation. Prior to surgery, she was a size 36B, however, it was not fitting her very well. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. The implant size was 320 cc. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with her result. Her cup size went from a 36B to a 36C.

She is a 33-year-old female from Centerville, Minnesota. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation. She had bilateral submuscular implants placed. They were 350 cc implants which were filled to 375 cc. Preoperatively, she was a 34B and postoperatively, she was a 34D. She is very happy with her symmetric result.

This is a 48-year-old female who was interested in breast augmentation. At the time of her surgery, she underwent subglandular breast augmentation with 660 cc implant on the right and 500 cc implant on the left. Prior to surgery, she is wearing a 38D bra. Postoperatively, she was wearing a 38DD bra. She is very happy with her natural and full results.

She notes that she had always felt interested in breast augmentation. After her children, she went ahead and scheduled a consultation. She decided on 475 cc implants. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. She was wearing a 36DD or 38D after surgery.

This is a 49-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. She was preoperatively a size A-B bra. She had 380 cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile silicone gel implants placed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results. She fit in for the size 34D bra postoperatively and was very happy with that size.
Breast Augmentation Patient 38
This patient is a 28-year-old woman from Wisconsin who is interested in breast augmentation. Preoperatively, the patient was wearing a 34B or C bra. She wanted to be in a 34DD postoperatively. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants. She had 450 cc saline implants which were both filled to 475 cc. Postoperatively, the patient is a 36D or 34DD. She is very happy with her result.
