This is a 34-year-old woman who is interested in breast augmentation. She has three children and is concerned regarding the appearance of her breast. She selected submuscular implants. At the time of surgery, she had 320 cc gel implants placed in the subpectoral pocket. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results and she went from a 34A to a 34D.
This is a 35-year-old female who underwent breast augmentation. Preoperatively, the patient was a 34B. She had a saline implant placed in the submuscular position. The implants were 375-cc implants that were filled to 400 cc. Postoperatively, she fit into a 34D bra. She is very happy with that result.
This is a 69-year-old woman who was unhappy with the size of her breast. She had neck pain, back pain, and shoulder pain. She was wearing 38DD cup prior to surgery and wanted to go down to a size C-Cup. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result and she fit comfortably into a 38C-cup.
This is a 33-year-old female from Hudson, Wisconsin who was interested in breast augmentation. She underwent bilateral submuscular implant 375 cc implants. They were filled to 400 cc on both sides. Postoperatively, she went from a 34B to a 34DD. She is very happy with her result.
This is a 44-year-old woman from Lake Elmo, Minnesota who was interested in breast lift and reduction. She has a breast asymmetry. The patient underwent bilateral breast lift and left-sided breast reduction. At the time of her procedure, her reduction on the left , she had 440 g removed from the lateral and superior portions. Following her procedure, she was very pleased with her size and symmetry. She was able to find a bra that fit well.

This is a 49-year-old woman who was interested in breast lift and augmentation. Prior to surgery, she was wearing a 38D bra but did not feel secure in her bra. She felt that her breast often was not stable inside the bra. She underwent a breast lift and augmentation. At the time of her augmentation, she had 300 cc silicone gel Moderate Plus implants placed. These were placed in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, she was wearing a 36D bra but filling it out completely and was very happy with the new position of her nipple-areolar complexes.

She was unhappy with the high positioning of her implants and the sag of her breast tissue below the implants. She was interested in obtaining a 34DD cup. At the time of her evaluation, she was wearing a 34C cup. She did previously have saline implants that were filled to 320 cc.
The patient underwent implant removal and capsulectomy. The patient had 500 cc implant along with a standard Wise pattern lift performed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results and was wearing a 34DD size bra.

Kim is a 50-year-old female from Coon Rapids, Minnesota who was interested in breast lift. Prior to her surgery, she was wearing a 40DD bra. She did say that she was interested in having her breast made a little bit smaller at the time of her lift. At the time of her surgery, she did have approximately 387 g resected from the right and 246 g resected from the left. This gave her a much more pleasing breast contour and size for the patient. She was very happy postoperatively with her result. She went from a DD down to a D and depending on the bra manufacturer sometimes a C cup bra. She is very happy in clothing and out of clothing and in a swimsuit.

She was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She wears a size 38DD bra. Her interest was in a breast reduction to approximately a C cup and then an abdominoplasty. The patient underwent a breast reduction and abdominoplasty. At the time of her breast reduction, she had 542 g removed from the right breast and 549 g removed from the left breast. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the size of her new breasts. She had significant reduction in back, neck, and shoulder pain and she was able to wear a 38C bra postoperatively down from a 38DD.
