This patient is a 33-year-old female from Roseville, Minnesota who is interested in breast augmentation. She underwent bilateral submuscular silicone breast augmentation with 371 cc Allergan implants. Prior to surgery, she was an A cup. Postoperatively, she was a C cup. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results. She was able to fit comfortably into a 34C bra. She felt very comfortable in swimsuits and in her clothing.

This patient is a 25-year-old female from Woodbury, MN who was interested in breast augmentation. She had always felt that her breasts were too small and had been thinking about breast augmentation for a long time. She did not have any children at the time of her surgery and was an avid runner, running at least three to four times per week. She was wearing a 34B bra prior to surgery. At the time of surgery, she elected to have 457 cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone implants placed in the submuscular position. Following surgery, she was very happy with her result. Her inframammary incision is not visible to her or to others. She has found two different sizes of bras that fit her. She can either wear a 36DD or a 38D bra. She feels very confident in her new appearance and has had no difficulty with exercise following her procedure.

This is a 44-year-old Asian female from Woodbury, MN who presented for breast augmentation. She had always felt that her breasts were too small and lost volume after her pregnancy. Since her children are grown and she feels she is ready to finally pursue Breast Enhancement. She is in a sales position and wants to make sure her current clothing still fits her. Prior to surgery, she was wearing a size 32A bra. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants. The saline implants were 350 cc and were filled to 370 cc. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with her size. She went from a 32A to a 32C bra. She feels comfortable in and out of clothing and is especially happy with her new shape in her swimsuit.

This is a 41-year-old female from Bloomington, Minnesota who is interested in breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She is a very small person who has two children. She noted that after her second child, she had very significant stretch marks, which have resulted in loose crepey skin on her abdomen. She also had a small umbilical hernia, which bothered her. Prior to her surgery, she is wearing a 34A bra. At the time of the surgery, the patient underwent breast augmentation with 225 cc saline implants, Smooth Round Moderate Plus saline implants which were filled to 250 cc on both sides. She also underwent full abdominoplasty. The abdominoplasty specimen when it was removed weighed 170 grams.

Following the procedure, the patient was very pleased with the flat appearance of her abdomen. Although all of her stretch marks were not removed, they were no longer wrinkly or crepey and she was able to wear low jeans without the excess skin hanging over the waist of her pants. Her scar could easily be concealed in her underwear and in her bikini. Following her surgery, she went from a 34A to a 34C bra.

This is a 43-year-old female from Woodbury, Minnesota who is interested in breast augmentation. She was wearing a size 34A or 32B bra at the time of her evaluation. She had three children. She is an avid exerciser and does running, core training, and weights 5 to 6 times per week. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants, which were placed in the submuscular position. The size of the implants placed was 286-cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus implants. Following placement, she did well postoperatively. She was able to wear a 34C bra postoperatively. She is very happy with the results.

They were 325-cc implants that were filled to 350 cc on each side. Postoperatively, the patient did very well. She is currently wearing a size 32C bra. She is very happy with her result. As you can see from her photos, some of her preoperative breast asymmetry is still visible. She is wearing scar pads in the photo which helped remodel postoperative scar so we did this very well concealed. She is very happy with her results and is excited to buy new clothing and swimsuits.
