Breast Augmentation Procedure

This is a 49-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. She was preoperatively a size A-B bra. She had 380 cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile silicone gel implants placed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results. She fit in for the size 34D bra postoperatively and was very happy with that size.

This patient is a 28-year-old woman from Wisconsin who is interested in breast augmentation.  Preoperatively, the patient was wearing a 34B or C bra.  She wanted to be in a 34DD postoperatively.  She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants.  She had 450 cc saline implants which were both filled to 475 cc.  Postoperatively, the patient is a 36D or 34DD.  She is very happy with her result.

This patient is a 50-year-old female from Oakdale, Minnesota who underwent breast augmentation.  Preoperatively, the patient was 34 B and wanted to fill out a full C cup.  She underwent bilateral submuscular saline breast augmentation with 250 cc implant on the right and 250 cc implant on the left.  Postoperatively, she is very happy with her result and is wearing a 34C bra.

This patient is a 32-year-old woman from Woodbury, Minnesota who is interested in abdominoplasty and breast augmentation.  She was not interested in a full breast lift.  She did have a crescent lift performed.  She underwent a full abdominoplasty with plication of the upper and lower abdomen.  She also went into bilateral breast augmentation with crescent lift.  The implants placed were 325 cc saline implants which were filled to 350 cc.  Postoperatively, she is very happy with her results.  She went from a 32C bra up to 32D or 32DD.

This is a 38-year-old woman from South St. Paul. She is interested in breast augmentation. She was a 32A bra prior to breast augmentation. She underwent breast augmentation and had submuscular silicone implants placed. They were 270 cc implants placed on both the right and the left. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She went from a 32A to a 32C.

This is a 40-year-old female from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She had previously undergone breast augmentation and periareolar lift. She was suffering from capsular contraction. She was unhappy with the high positioning of her implants and the sag of her breast tissue below the implants. She was interested in obtaining a 34DD cup. At the time of her evaluation, she was wearing a 34C cup. She did previously have saline implants that were filled to 320 cc.

The patient underwent implant removal and capsulectomy. The patient had 500 cc implant along with a standard Wise pattern lift performed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results and was wearing a 34DD size bra.

This is a 28-year-old woman from East Bethlehem, Minnesota who was interested in breast augmentation. Preoperatively, she was a 34A. She had 375 cc saline implants placed under the muscle and filled to 400 cc. Postoperatively, she was size 36D bra. She is very happy with her result.

This is a 54-year-old woman from Woodbury, Minnesota who for her lifetime felt subconscious about the size of her breast. Preoperatively, she was an A cut. At the time of her operation the patient had silicon gel implants placed. They were 300 cc. Postoperatively, the patient fit in to a D cup. She was very happy with her results.

This is a 34-year-old woman from Stillwater, Minnesota who was interested in breast augmentation. She had a size discrepancy between the breasts and was bothered by that. Because of the size discrepancy, she underwent a breast augmentation and had 270 cc gel implant placed in the right and 250 cc implant placed on the left. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. Postoperatively, she was able to wear a 36 DD bra.
