This is a 40-year-old female who was from Woodbury, Minnesota who was interested in breast augmentation. Preoperatively, the patient wore a 34B bra. She selected 450 cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile gel implants to be placed in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, she was sized for a 34DD or a 36D bra. She was very pleased with her result.
