This is a 56-year-old woman who is interested in a breast lift, implant removal, and brachioplasty. She had originally undergone breast augmentation a decade previously. She felt that her breasts were too large, and she was unhappy with the laxity in her arms. The patient underwent bilateral breast implant removal and breast lift along with brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. Her scar was located posteromedially and was not visible significantly anteriorly or with her arms in the adducted position.

This is a 53-year-old woman who was interested in abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. She had two normal vaginal deliveries and despite diet and exercise, could not make any difference in her abdominal contour. She underwent abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. The amount of tissue removed from her abdomen was 3.89 pounds. The liposuction amount was 1.5 L of fat per side on the flanks. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results. Despite an aggressive workout plan, she could not make any significant change in her abdominal contour.The patient underwent full abdominoplasty and full back liposuction. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. At the time of her surgery, she had 1600 cc of fat removed from the right and left side. Her abdominal specimen weighed almost 5 pounds. Postoperatively, the patient fit into pant sizes much smaller. She is very happy with her result.

Postoperatively, she is very happy with her result. She feels that she looks natural and is comfortable in and out of clothing.
