This is a 51-year-old woman from St. Paul, who was interested in body contouring. She was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. Despite an aggressive workout plan, she could not make any significant change in her abdominal contour.The patient underwent full abdominoplasty and full back liposuction. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. At the time of her surgery, she had 1600 cc of fat removed from the right and left side. Her abdominal specimen weighed almost 5 pounds. Postoperatively, the patient fit into pant sizes much smaller. She is very happy with her result.
