Body Procedure

This is a 41-year-old woman from Oakdale, Minnesota who was interested in breast reduction and abdominoplasty.  Prior to her surgery, the patient had two Cesarean sections and was wearing a 36DDD that was not sitting well.  She underwent abdominoplasty and breast reduction.  At the time of her surgery, she had 450 grams removed from the right breast and 605 grams removed from the left breast.  The abdominal specimen weighed 4 pounds.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results.  She felt more comfortable in clothing and went down several pants sizes.

This is a 39-year-old woman who had four pregnancies with vaginal deliveries.  Post pregnancy, she was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen despite her exercise regimen.  The patient underwent full abdominoplasty.  At the time of her surgery, she had 0.78 pounds removed.  Postoperatively, she was very happy with the rejuvenated appearance of her skin.  She felt comfortable in and out of clothing and in her swimsuit.

She is a 46-year-old woman from Eagan, Minnesota who was interested in body contouring.  She had two C-sections with subsequent scarring and skin fold above the incision.  She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks.  At the time of her surgery, she had 3 liters of fat aspirated from the flanks and 2 pounds removed from the abdomen.  Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results.  She went down 2 pants sizes and felt much more comfortable in and out of clothing.

This is a 35-year-old woman who is from Central Minnesota.  She is interested in body contouring.  The patient has had three children, two of which were born by C-section.  She is unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen and her flanks and thighs.  At the time of surgery, the patient underwent flank liposuction, inner and outer thigh liposuction, and a full abdominoplasty.  At the time of her surgery, the abdominoplasty specimen weighed 5.1 pounds.  Total aspirate from the flanks was 4 L.  Total aspirate on the thighs posteriorly was 2 L and anteriorly was 1.5 L.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her new contour.  She went down two pant sizes.

This is a 37-year-old woman from western Wisconsin who was interested in abdominoplasty.  The patient had one pregnancy with a C-section.  She had stria above and below the umbilicus.  She underwent a full abdominoplasty.  At the time of her surgery, she had 550 grams removed.  Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result.  Her scar is well concealed in her swimsuit and her underwear.This is a 39-year-old woman from Central Minnesota who is interested in breast augmentation.  Prior to surgery, the patient was a 34B.  At the time of surgery, the patient underwent submuscular silicone gel implantation.  The implants were 410 cc Sientra silicone gel implants.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result.  She was able to wear a 34D postoperatively and was pleased with her natural contour.

This is a 53-year-old woman from Stillwater, Minnesota who was unhappy with her abdominal and flank appearance.  She underwent abdominoplasty and liposuction of the upper and lower back.  At the time of surgery, she had a total of 7.6 L of fat aspirated from the upper and lower back.  Her abdominoplasty resection specimen weighed 10.33 pounds or 4.685 kg.  Postoperatively, she was very pleased with her new contour.  She was able to go down two pant sizes.

The patient is a 50-year-old woman from Central Minnesota who is interested in body contouring.  The patient underwent full abdominoplasty and flank liposuction.  At the time of her surgery, she had 5 L of fat aspirated from her flanks.  She has 5.59 pounds removed from her abdomen.  Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result.  She was able to fit into a clothing that was two sizes smaller.  She felt very comfortable with her appearance.

This is a 37-year-old woman who is interested in abdominoplasty.  The patient is from Woodbury, Minnesota.  She had two normal vaginal deliveries.  Subsequent to her delivery, she had abdominal hernia and stretch marks.  She was very unhappy with the appearance of her umbilicus.

The patient underwent full abdominoplasty.  At the time of surgery, the abdominal specimen weighed 1.1 pounds.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result.  She was able to wear her same clothing but it was looser on the abdomen.  She also felt comfortable tucking in a shirt and wearing a belt.

This is a 66-year-old woman from Woodbury, Minnesota who is interested in re-contouring the arms.  The patient had had weight loss with subsequent laxity of the upper arms.  At the time of surgery, the patient underwent a liposuction brachioplasty.  The liposuction aspirate on the arms was 1 L total between the two arms and then the skin weight was 140 g on the right and 125 g on the left.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the appearance of her arms.  She felt much more comfortable in short sleeve and sleeveless shirts.
