Body Procedure

This is a 40-year-old woman from River Falls, Wisconsin who was interested in abdominoplasty. She had three children. Two of her children were delivered via Cesarean section. Prior to surgery, she had abdominal wall laxity and stretch marks above and below the umbilicus.

Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. She had much improved abdominal contour and she had liposuction of the flanks as well and much improved flank contour.

She did have some blistering as the result of the Steri-Strips on her lower abdominal incision which you can see some darkened spots still on her lower abdominal wall. This should resolve in time.

This is a 50-year-old woman who is an avid exerciser who is from Roseville, Minnesota. She was bothered by her inability to loose the fat in her abdomen and back despite vigorous exercise and diet. She underwent flank liposuction and abdominoplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her new contours.

This is a 52-year-old female from Lino Lakes who was interested in abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She underwent the procedure and was very happy with her postoperative result. She went down at least one pant size and was able to tuck her shirt anywhere about.

This is a 54-year-old woman who was interested in body contouring. She underwent abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. Postoperatively, she was very happy with the results. Her pants size diminished two sizes. At the time of her surgery, she had 7-pound abdominoplasty specimen removed. She also had aspirate of 5 L from the flanks.

This is a 50-year-old female from St. Paul, Minnesota who is interested in abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She underwent full abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. At the time of her surgery, the abdominal resection was 3402 grams. The total liposuction aspirate was 4350 cc. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. Her pants size went down two pants sizes. She felt much more comfortable in and out of clothing and exercising.

This is a 33-year-old woman from St. Paul, Minnesota who was interested in abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. At the time of her surgery, she had 2764 grams removed from her abdomen and the total aspirate from the flanks was 5150 cc. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She went down two pants sizes. She is able to camouflage her scar in low riding bikinis.

This is a 43-year-old female from Woodbury, Minnesota who is interested in abdominoplasty and medial thigh lift. The patient is concerned regarding the loose skin on the abdomen and also the constant rubbing on her inner thighs. She also has quite a bit of loose skin. She has recently lost 40 pounds and would like to pursue treatment.

The patient underwent surgery and had a full abdominoplasty and a medial thigh lift. The abdominoplasty specimen weighed 1907 grams. She also had a medial thigh lift and the right thigh was 1055 grams and the left thigh was 1137 grams. Following her surgery, she was very pleased with her result. She had a nice abdominal contour and was able to fit into smaller pants. She was pleased with the thighs. The scars were not visible from the front and only slightly visible from the back. She feels very confident in her clothing and is looking forward to wearing shorts and a swimsuit this summer.

This is a 32-year-old female who was interested in mini abdominoplasty. The patient had some stretch marks above and below the belly button but she really did not want to have an incision around her belly button and wanted to minimize the length of the scar in her abdomen. The patient underwent surgery and had a mini abdominoplasty performed. The resection specimen weighed 532 grams at the time of her surgery. Following surgery, she was able to get back to work at 1 week. Following her mini abdominoplasty, she was very pleased with the flatter contour of her abdomen. She was pleased that she did not have an incision around her belly button. Her previous C-section scar had been completely removed with the mini abdominoplasty and this was a source of happiness for the patient as well.
