She was concerned with the laxity and persistent fatty deposition in the upper arms despite weight loss. The patient underwent liposuction brachioplasty. At the time of her procedure, she had 800 cc of fat aspirated and skin excision was 40 g per side. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. She was able to wear shirts that were more appropriate in size and more tight fitting clothing. She was not concerned regarding the scar.
