This is a 34-year-old woman from North St. Paul, Minnesota who was interested in abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She underwent the procedure. At the time of the procedure, she had 1500 cc of fat removed from the flanks. The abdominal specimen weighed 2.6 pounds. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She was very pleased with her improved abdominal contour and the lack of loose skin. She went down 1- to 2-pant sizes.
