This is a 54-year-old female who did not like the appearance of her abdomen. She underwent a full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. We removed 5.92 lbs off her abdomen and aspirated 5850 cc from her flanks. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result.
