Neck Lift Patient 14
This is a 61-year-old woman who was concerned regarding the appearance of her neck and her lower third of the face. She underwent neck lift and fat grafting to the lips and marionette lines. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She felt that she looks rejuvenated, but not totally different. She noted that people made comments regarding her refreshed appearance, but did not know what she had done.
