This is a 43-year-old woman who had bilateral symptomatic macromastia. She underwent a breast reduction. At the time of her reduction, she had 445 g removed from the right and 460 g removed from the left.The patient was very happy with her result. She went from a size 36 double D down to 36C. She is very happy with her result. Her back, neck, and shoulder pain are resolved.
