This is a 47-year old female who was interested in breast augmentation after losing a lot of weight. At the time of her consultation, she was a 36A. The patient underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 360cc silicone implants. Postoperatively, she was sized as a 36C and is very happy with her result.
