This is a 41-year-old woman from Oakdale, Minnesota who was interested in breast reduction and abdominoplasty. Prior to her surgery, the patient had two Cesarean sections and was wearing a 36DDD that was not sitting well. She underwent abdominoplasty and breast reduction. At the time of her surgery, she had 450 grams removed from the right breast and 605 grams removed from the left breast. The abdominal specimen weighed 4 pounds. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results. She felt more comfortable in clothing and went down to several pants sizes.
This is a 43-year-old woman from the Twin Cities in Minnesota who is interested in breast reduction. She is currently wearing a size 34DD bra. She states that sometimes it is not holding her breasts in place. She is interested in breast reduction. She has other symptoms associated with bilateral symptomatic macromastia such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder grooving and rashes underneath the breasts.
The patient underwent bilateral reduction mammoplasty. At the time of reduction, the right breast tissue resection amount was 262 g and the left breast tissue weighed 337 g. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. She went from a 34DD to a 34C.
This is a 28-year-old woman from St. Paul, Minnesota who has bilateral symptomatic macromastia. At that time of her evaluation, she was wearing a size 34K. At the time of her breast reduction, she had 1.1 kilograms removed on the left and 1.26 kilograms removed on the right. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She was fitting into a 34DD bra. She could exercise and wear appropriately-sized clothing.
This is a 50-year-old woman who is interested in breast reduction. She is tired of having back, neck, and shoulder pains. She is also suffering from rashes and discomfort when she is exercising.
The patient underwent bilateral breast reduction with the standard Wise pattern. Total specimen on the right was 85 g and total specimen on the left was 140 g. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her size and the lift that she received.
This is a 69-year-old woman who was unhappy with the size of her breast. She had neck pain, back pain, and shoulder pain. She was wearing 38DD cup prior to surgery and wanted to go down to a size C-Cup. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result and she fit comfortably into a 38C-cup.
She is a 15-year-old female with bilateral symptomatic macromastia. Preoperatively, she was wearing a 32G bra. At the time of her surgery, she underwent resection of 455 g from the left breast and 711 g from the right breast. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her size and symmetry. She went from a G-cup to a 32C.

pain. Prior to surgery, the patient was wearing a DD or DDD bra. At the time of surgery, she had approximately 400 grams removed per side. Postoperatively, she was wearing a size C cup bra. She is very happy with her result. She felt much more comfortable in clothing and with exercise.

At the time of surgery, she had 507 grams removed from the left and 461 grams removed from the right. She went down to a 36C postoperatively. She felt very comfortable doing exercise and activities. She was pleased with her result.
