This is a 41-year-old female who had an emergency caesarian section with a vertical incision. She is unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. The patient underwent full abdominoplasty. At the time of her surgery, 4.87 pounds of abdominal tissue was removed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She is able to go down in her pants size. She felt more comfortable in and out of clothing.
