This is a 33-year-old female who is from Saginaw, Minnesota. She is 33 years old. She is interested in abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She had twin pregnancy 1 year prior to her visit. Additionally she had two other children. As result of her pregnancy, she had a significant amount of skin laxity and difficulty losing weight in the flanks. She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. At the time of her surgery, the abdominal specimen weighed 2021 g. The lipo aspirate was 4L. Postoperatively, she went down two pant sizes. She is very happy with her overall result. She feels much more comfortable in clothing and tucking in shirts and wearing a belt.
