This is a 44-year-old woman who is from Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. She lost 100 pounds in the year prior to her surgery. After her massive weight loss, the patient had significant amount of skin laxity at the abdomen and arms that was very bothersome to her. She underwent a full abdominoplasty and bilateral brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her improved contour. She is able to fit into a much smaller pants and shorts as a result of her improved contour.
