Mommy Makeover Patient 2
This is a 35-year-old woman from Hastings, Minnesota who was interested in a mommy makeover. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts and the appearance of her abdomen after having had children. Preoperatively, she was wearing a size 32A bra. She has had 3 cesarean sections with lower abdominal laxity.
The patient underwent submuscular breast augmentation with 400 cc smooth, round, high-profile silicone gel implants. She also underwent a full abdominoplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results, from a 32A bra to a 32D bra. She is very happy with her abdominal contour and improved tightness of the abdomen.
