This is a 38-year-old woman who had a C-Section and was unhappy with the appearance of the skin ptosis over the scar. She underwent a miniabdominoplasty and upper abdominal liposuction. At the time of her surgery, she had 2100 cc with 900cc being fat aspirated from the upper abdomen. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result.
