This is a 40-year-old female who was interested in upper lid blepharoplasty. She underwent upper lid blepharoplasty under local in the office. She tolerated the procedure very well. Postoperatively, she was happiest with the appearance of her upper lids and her ability to wear mascara and eyeshadow.
