Breast Augmentation Patient 14

This is a 34-year-old woman from Apple Valley, Minnesota. This patient was interested in breast augmentation. She presented to the office wearing a 34B bra although she was not filling it out completely. She was interested in having a full B or a small C postoperatively. She is a fitness instructor and was very concerned with her ability to return to her teaching and fitness classes postoperatively. The patient underwent breast augmentation with the submuscular silicone implants. Because of her breast asymmetry, she had a 225 cc implant placed on the left and a 275 cc implant placed on the right. These were the Moderate Plus silicone gel implants. In the office trying those sizes on, that made her a 34B in the office. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with her result. Her size in a bra was very symmetric. She still has a little ptosis on the left that she had preoperatively. She has been able to return to teaching her fitness classes without any difficulty. She is in a 34B or 34C bra. She is very happy with her results.
