Breast Augmentation Procedure

This is a 34-year-old woman from Stillwater, Minnesota who was interested in breast augmentation. She had a size discrepancy between the breasts and was bothered by that. Because of the size discrepancy, she underwent a breast augmentation and had 270 cc gel implant placed in the right and 250 cc implant placed on the left. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. Postoperatively, she was able to wear a 36 DD bra.

This is a 34-year-old woman from Eau Claire, Wisconsin who was interested in breast augmentation. Prior to surgery, she was a 36A or B. She underwent breast augmentation with saline implants. A 400 cc implant was placed on the right and 375 cc implant was placed on the left. The right implant was filled to 425 cc and the left implant was filled to 400 cc to correct for an asymmetry. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result and is wearing either a 34DD bra or a 36D bra.

This is a 29–year-old woman from Emerald, Wisconsin who was interested in breast augmentation. She had always felt small and uncomfortable in clothing. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 320 cc silicone gel implants in submuscular position. Postoperatively, she is very happy with the result and was wearing a 32D bra.

This is a 49-year-old woman who was interested in breast lift and augmentation. Prior to surgery, she was wearing a 38D bra but did not feel secure in her bra. She felt that her breast often was not stable inside the bra. She underwent a breast lift and augmentation. At the time of her augmentation, she had 300 cc silicone gel Moderate Plus implants placed. These were placed in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, she was wearing a 36D bra but filling it out completely and was very happy with the new position of her nipple-areolar complexes.

She is a 34-year-old woman from Austin, Minnesota who is interested in breast augmentation. She had children and lost volume after the delivery of her children. She had submuscular implant, High Profile saline implant. They were 330 cc implants that were filled to 350 cc.

This is a 31-year-old female from Cottage Grove, Minnesota who was interested in breast enhancement following loss of volume. She was wearing a size 32A bra. She has two small children, but is certain that she is done having children. She selected 350-cc High Profile implants to be placed in the submuscular position. Following surgery, she was very pleased with her result and found that she was able to wear either a 34D or a 32DD bra. She was especially pleased that she no longer had the loss of volume right at the level of the armpit and she was able to wear tank tops without feeling self-conscious.

This is a 23-year-old female from South St. Paul, Minnesota who was seen in consultation for breast augmentation. She always felt that her breasts were just small and wanted to have an increase in her breast size. She works as a nurse and has two small children. She was very concerned about her recovery from breast enhancement. Additionally, she was very active with exercise doing weight training and the elliptical. We discussed her activities and her anatomy. She indicated that she would like to have a higher profile implant. Because of her thin frame, the implants were placed underneath the muscle. She has selected 290 cc Smooth Round High Profile saline implants which will be placed in a submuscular position and then filled on both sides to 300 cc. Postoperatively, the patient was wearing a 32D bra. She is still able to take care of her small children and perform her duties as a nurse and is comfortable doing her usual workout routine.
