Breast Lift, Implant Revision Patient 2
This is a 53-year-old female who is interested in a breast implant exchange and a breast lift. She has felt for a while that her breasts are too large and too ptotic. The patient underwent subpectoral implant exchange with 200cc Mentor Saline implants filled to 225cc. Postoperatively, she is very happy with her result.
Breast Lift, Implant Revision Patient 1
This is a 40-year-old female from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She had previously undergone breast augmentation and periareolar lift. She was suffering from capsular contraction. She was unhappy with the high positioning of her implants and the sag of her breast tissue below the implants. She was interested in obtaining a 34DD cup. At the time of her evaluation, she was wearing a 34C cup. She did previously have saline implants that were filled to 320 cc.
The patient underwent implant removal and capsulectomy. The patient had 500 cc implant along with a standard Wise pattern lift performed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results and was wearing a 34DD size bra.
