This is a 56-year-old woman who is interested in a breast lift, implant removal, and brachioplasty. She had originally undergone breast augmentation a decade previously. She felt that her breasts were too large, and she was unhappy with the laxity in her arms. The patient underwent bilateral breast implant removal and breast lift along with brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. Her scar was located posteromedially and was not visible significantly anteriorly or with her arms in the adducted position.

This is a 66-year-old woman from Woodbury, Minnesota who is interested in re-contouring the arms.  The patient had had weight loss with subsequent laxity of the upper arms.  At the time of surgery, the patient underwent a liposuction brachioplasty.  The liposuction aspirate on the arms was 1 L total between the two arms and then the skin weight was 140 g on the right and 125 g on the left.  Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the appearance of her arms.  She felt much more comfortable in short sleeve and sleeveless shirts.

This is a 50-year-old female who had massive weight loss. She had approximately 100 pound weight loss 8 years ago. She is very unhappy with the appearance of her upper arms. The patient underwent a liposuction assisted brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with the contour of her arms. The scar was healing in appropriate position with minimal noticeability. The patient was very happy with her result.

This is a 28-year-old woman from Southern Minnesota who is interested in body contouring after massive weight loss. She underwent brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she is very happy with her result and her ability to wear normal tops.
