Body Procedure

This is a 39-year-old woman who was concerned regarding the appearance of her breast and her abdomen after pregnancies. She had four children including one set of twins. Following her pregnancies, she was unable to improve the look of her abdomen with diet and exercise. She underwent bilateral breast lift and abdominoplasty. Postoperatively, she is very pleased with her result. She went down two pants sizes. She was able to wear bra without worrying that her breasts would fall out. She feels more confident with her new body shape.

This is a 28-year-old woman from Southern Minnesota who is interested in body contouring after massive weight loss. She underwent brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she is very happy with her result and her ability to wear normal tops.

This is a 23-year-old female who underwent a gastric bypass 2 years prior to her presentation. She is from Burnsville, Minnesota. Following her gastric bypass, she lost 206 pounds. She maintained her weight loss for over a year prior to her evaluation. She is interested in rejuvenation of abdomen and legs and the back area. The patient underwent a stage approach to rejuvenation of multiple areas. First, she underwent a belt lipectomy which is essentially the same as an abdominoplasty on the back. Following her belt lipectomy, she underwent liposuction of the inner and outer thighs. Following her three procedures, she was ecstatic regarding her results. She no longer considers herself “a fat person.” She felt comfortable wearing swimsuits and shorts which she had previously felt uncomfortable wearing. She went from wearing a size 11-12 pants to a 5-6 pants.
