ABOUT DR. ROCHEFORD Dr. Heather Rocheford is a St. Paul native. She grew up in Highland Park and graduated from Derham Hall High School in 1984. In 1988 she received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She was happy to return home for Medical School at the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 1992.
Residency training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery was completed in Grand Rapids, Michigan from 1992 to 1997. Following residency, Dr. Rocheford completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship in 1998 at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Minnesota beckoned, and Dr. Rocheford joined a group practice in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Romance pulled her back to the Metro Area and in 2000 she married her husband, Andy and began private practice in Stillwater. Following the birth of her son in August of 2002, Dr. Rocheford decided to start her own solo practice to have more flexibility and balance between her work and family commitments. Dr. Rocheford has a special interest in complete cosmetic care for women and men. Procedures and surgeries are only a component of this care. The foundation for beauty begins with a healthy lifestyle, with attention to mental, physical and spiritual health. Dr. Rocheford performs the majority of her surgeries at the High Pointe Surgery Center. The Center is a fully accredited outpatient surgical facility with extensive experience in cosmetic surgery procedures. CERTIFICATION Dr. Rocheford is Board-Certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. She received her certification in 1999. LICENSING Dr. Rocheford is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
